Grabber Hood on a 69 road runner

Hello All,

Does anyone have a DYI or pictures of the proper under the hood cable install for the Grabber Hood on a 69 road runner.

Do you see the grommet and cable just below the regulator? From there it just loops up to the air grabber. Let me look for more pics I'm sure I have some. Oh and for the smart a$$ that are going to give me a bad time about dirt and grime the last 4 are pre restoration, just can't trust these guys :lmao:

Mine too was all wrong. I got a bunch of good photos doing a google images search and reworked the cables and now it works great. Hope it helps.

All,

I appreciate the help but, what about the cross over short cable? Any additional pics or links will be much appreciated.

I can get an additional pic for you in the morning. It basically runs under the back edge of the grabber.

The clips that hold the air grabber cables are the same ones that hold the heater control cables.

Dealer or venders like Tom at R/T or mega parts.
