Just to add to this discussion.... I called New Castle/Axiom and asked about a blem.... They keep 'em in stock if they aren't too bad, and sell them at a discounted price. I ended up with a really nice battery that had a scuff in an area that you could not see when installed...It was around $200 to my door as I recall. It's the gel type and has been perfect so far....
