:missing:Looking for my Dad's A12 F3 Frost Green Road Runner. My dad and mom ordered this car new and was delivered to Tekoa Motors Tekoa Washington. I do have the original Edlebrock intake and six barrel Holley carbs. My dad had removed them around 1972 in favor at the time for a Holley Dominator. He sold the intake set up to a friend who had it in his Garage until I was able to acquire it a couple years ago. Last I understand the car had been sold to somebody in Canada in the early 1980's. It was purchased from a gentleman named Wayne Hansen in Spokane Washington around 1983. It was painted White at that time. Any information on this would be appreciated. If the car has been damaged or parted any of the remaining parts Engine Trans (Automatic) Hood, shell, etc I am interested. If the car is not for sale I would like to still provide my contact information if it is to be sold in the future. Please any help would be great. Thanks, Dave JR
Thanks everyone for keeping your eyes and hears open. If you see or hear of anything let me know. I believe it or what is left is in Western Canada.
Harold, he had already posted on the lost and found section of the LOH Playground back in January. There were a couple of responses and then the trail went cold. Just FYI.
Thanks for the Pic! Gonna resemble something that looks like what is in my garage....However not as cool as yours when it left the factory! Good luck in your hunt!
Thought I would bring this back to the top for any new members that could help.......... Fingers crossed.
I am a member of the Northern Mopars up here in Calgary Alberta Canada. I can honestly say I have seen few A12 RR at any of the events up here...that's spanning between Saskatchewan and BC (pretty much all Western Canada). (oddly enough there seem to be more A12 Bee's up here). That doesn't mean there isn't more out there somewhere, or in fact this car or its parts. I will ask around at our meeting end of this month. You could also inquire in the classifieds section on our website. www.mopars.org
Thanks shadowtrain. Keep me posted after your meeting. Really need some connections in Canada to help me find this car or what may have come of it. Headed to the classifieds......
Update. I was put in touch with the gentleman by the name of Allan Weich. He did confirm that Simon Bak (not sure of exact spelling) was the gentleman who purchased the car and actually has pictures. These pictures were taken shortly after it arrived at its new home in Canada. Allan cannot confirm for sure who Simon sold the car to, however he was going to check around. He's been super helpful and I'm very appreciative. It could be it was sold to PK motors in eastern Canada however I cannot confirm that 100%. Hope I have more information to share in the future. Still looking for any help from anyone that might help me find this car.
I had heard of an A12 white at PK motors in eastern Canada for sale in the early 90’s.(noted previously above). Until recently I was not able to confirm if this was my dads car. Unfortunately I received a response on another site with a picture of the car shortly after it was sold by PK and it’s not the car. It had a blue interior and was an original white car. So the search continues for the frost green black bench seat auto on the column A12.
