I ordered a set of year specific spark plug wires from Herbs Auto Parts and the shipping company made an error. Bob called the shipping company and paid for them to ship them to me overnight so that I could install them in time for the Spring fling.

His communication of the purchase was outstanding and I would recommend them without reservation.

I'll confirm that. The same thing happened to me. But he also emailed me a return shipping label. Great service!

I have had good results from Herb's also. No shipping problems. I always place my order and have him bring it to the next show. Super nice guy and loves to talk Mopar.
