Here we go again.......sigh

I had the same thing happen to me and it was the coil shorting out when the engine ran for a while , let it cool off and boom it started right up. Don't know if you have checked that yet. On the puking water out part I leave my water level about a 1/2 inch below the top and it cools better and no puking. The factory should have put a overflow bottle on all of these things. Just saying, Good luck and hope someone on here can help you figure it out.
Have not checked the coil, but good suggestion.

Feel you Pain RonLiv. With all you have done to that car then have a problem like this. Hope you find the problem soon so you can get back on the road. :thumbsup2:

I'm going with the Mopar ignition kit from JEGS, the one that includes the ballast resistor. I read up a little on the question brought up about the ballast resister and if this goes, it can fry the ignition module, so thanks for the recommendation COSGIG. This kit is alleged to be made in the USA. Should be a quick and easy install. If this one goes, I may try the MSD, but that looks a lot more involved.

Problem solved, back to running like new again. Ignition box and Resistor replaced. I'm going to get another one of each and keep it in the car.
