#'s Matching '68 Bird

Here goes... Over the last two months, I've done all sorts of research on my '68 RR. I have found VIN Decoders, Fender Tag decoders, and bits and pieces of the broadcast sheet codes. So far, I believe i have learned all i that i can regarding the VIN and fender tag, and created the attached document. Please take a look and let me know if you find anything that doesn't look correct.
