Hood Insert color

What color would the hood inserts on my car have been. Anyone with an R6 one have close up picture of their hood or can you get me one? Some one told me that my car may have been R4 Red? Red around winshild looks like R6 to me http://s902.photobucket.com/albums/ac22 ... oadrunner/
No fender tag.

My R6 RR has black inserts, because I don't have air grabber.

Picture is not very good, really bad lighting.

Non air grabber cars had black inserts. Air grabber cars had red grilles to allow air in.

Also after asking a lot of questions and stripping my old original ones, it seems that they were painted a satin or semi black. Not the organosol like the v21 hood stripes.

ps. good luck with your back. I'm dealing with that also and hoping surgery is going to be a last resort.......Jim
