Removing the glass.
Two person and a wire saw?
Custom tool?
Maybe heat the tool up and try and slice the sealant from inside?
I found more rust doing this.
Left package tray extension back corner.
AMD seems to have them.

Yes that is one of the places where water settles. We sealed the back glass in with automotive window glazing compound in stead of the butyl. Filled all around the glass before setting the trim on so no chance of a place for water to sit. My glass guy made a bed of the calk first then set the glass in. Then I insisted we fill the edge's in witht he extra tube I had bought. Used Butyl calk on the front window gasket. Make sure you put it in the channel where the glass goes also as well as where the gasket goes on the pinch weld. Just my two cent's.
