How would you transport a car that doesn't have a front suspension?

I just made a deal for a 68 Satellite for much needed parts for my 1969 and the k member has been dropped. How would you transport it? The tough part is it is pulled in forward so it would be a pita to turn it around.
 
take a old k frame and weld the front of a bike frame to it and put a bike wishbone on it and a smaller$_57.jpg wheelI had one for years till I need the k frame for a car I bought and I cut it off but I sent the car to the paint shop that way-the front turns ant way you want

Thanks for the input. The 68 is so nice I almost feel bad taking parts off it.
 
floor jack to get it out of the garage. post up some pics! If it's too nice you may wanna flip it .
 
that does look too good to part, may wanna rethink that one.
 
yeah but here is the problem. I can save $1000s getting the parts I need from this. Someone might give me $1000 for it. I won't disturb the steel but it has a lot of stuff I need.
 
Pull the bumper and fenders and 2 or 3 guys can pick up the front end and pull it around. I've done that.

You could also build a support from 4 x 4s with some cheap casters. Go as large as you can with the casters. That will make it easier to move if the ground is uneven. Some angle iron brackets mount the 4 x 4s to the frame if you want to keep it mobile when you get it home.

Another idea is to use a couple of furniture dolleys and some 4 x 4s. Harbor Freight has some that are cheap and very handy to have once you are done with this. The ground will have to be fairly smooth for this to work.

Or... if you have some welding skillz... You can build a couple of these. http://store.uscartool.com/mopar-ABE-body-front-car-moving-wheels.html These are way overpriced, but you get the idea. Again.. Harbor Freight will have cheap casters and this is something you can use in the future.
