Hello,
I like the "Hurst equipped" emblem:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hurst-Equip...Parts_Accessories&hash=item43c0cde41e&vxp=mtr
Did some 69 Runner left the factory with this emblem on it, witch one was it, in what size, and where exactly was it fixed?
I got the walnut brown knob ball on my 4 speed floor shifter. I know it also in white and in black colour.
Did some 69 Runner left the factory with this knob on a 4 speed and would it fit on the orginal gear stick:

Thanks

Hi Fugges. In 69 I do believe all runners had the wood knob but do what you want its easy to change.

I put the hurst emblem on the left side of the trunk lid I like it.

Never, never, never, they never put those emblems on Road Runners. Even thou the shifter was made by Hurst, you mainly found those emblems on Olds 442 and Cutlass.

I'd settle for the Hurst sticker on the window, but not the emblem.

exctaly. just like putting an A12 hood on a non A12 car, or a pistol grip in a '69, just be prepared for the haters. we spend too much time and $$ on these things not to do them to make us happy with them.

Don't forget the AMC SCramblers!

If you are asking what should be correct, then no Hurst emblem, and the shifter ball should be woodgrain. Otherwise do what you want...it's your car!

I have the Hurst decal in my window,I also have a High Jackers (air shocks)decal in my right rear quarter window, this is a homage to my brothers 69,which had the same decal back in the early 70's.

Let's see...updating Christmas List...

Craig... Check.

Bob... Hell no. Send Certified Letter asking for Mickey Thompson valve covers back...

exactly do what make you happy, it's your car, to the OP I haven't had the Hurst emblem on any of my cars, some also had Inland Shifters & not the Hurst too...
