I got a bunch of parts in a package deal -440 block 040 over ,Eddie heads, stroker crank, rods and ross pistons, voodoo cam...pretty much everything I need. My question is how much should I expect to pay to get the block clearances for the stroker parts and converting ⅜ oil pick up to a ½" and then building the thing?

you can clearance the block yourself with a die grinder BEFORE you put in the bearings etc. go to an external pickup on the oil pan and no clearance there either. the oil pickup tube gets hit by the #2 rod bolt so will need a little more heavy clearance. other clearances are mostly little dimples at the bottom of the cylinder bores to clear the rods.

Thanks, I found out it would be under a grand to clearance and put it together. Never thought I'd be putting a stroker in the bird, I am very excited.
