LCA poly bushings

You guys that have used these I know the outer steel sleeve that gets stuck in the K-frame gets used with the poly bushings but what about the inner sleeve. These are the ones that are part of a standard rubber bushing :nachos:

You need the inner part. They are usually stuck but press out pretty easy and then either set fire to the remaining bushing left on the inner or wire wheel it. I just set fire to the entire bushing using my propane torch until its all gone then clean everything up and your ready. The inner sleeve is part of the stud.

The problem is the LCA nut came halfway off and spun the bushing leaving me the LCA shaft with the inner bushing and a nut on the other side so i'm soaking the threads right now so I dont damage the sleeve :yesnod:
