Well so much for the popular vote. After reading this month's article "The Best of The Best" in Mopar Mag. 4647897-RoadRunner043.jpgwhere they tallied a Facebook vote of the top 10 Mopar super cars The "people's vote" went like this:#1 went to the '69 Charger, 2. '68 Hemi Dart 3. '70 Challenger 4. '68 Charger RT 5. '71 Hemi Cuda 6. '70 Superbird 7. '69 RR 8. '70 Cuda 9. '68 Cuda and 10. '69 A-12 RR.

Do people really know what Mopars are or do they just know how to push a button?

You have to wonder what the demographics are on that survey, as well. I've heard enough guys on this and the FBBO forums say they aren't on Facebook to make me question the survey's accuracy.

Hey, at least they were all Mopar's...:lmao:

Excellent point droptop .. most non Mopar folks can't tell the difference between any of those model names. Most probably thought those names were all just different names for the General Lee

Have to agree, when I had my first runner out and about, most people did not even know of a Road Runner let alone who manufactured it. Not surprised to see the Charger as number 1, due to the different TV and Movies. However, if I was to add my input it would be 1. 69 Road Runner, 2. 67 GTX, 3. 70 Super Bird, 4. 70 Super Bee, 5. 70 Daytona, 6. 68 Charger, 7. 71 Cuda, 8. 70 Challenger R/T, 9. 69 Charger R/T, 10. 69 Charger 500

How many times I've been a show and someone tells me their favorite Mopar is the Super Bee,you know the one with the big wing and nosecone,I try to correct them and say,"you mean a Superbird." Then they say,"Oh yeah, that one too.":sorrow:

I don't & won't ever do Facebook I waste enough time on FBBO & other Mopar Forums, mine would be #1 68 Charger R/T {my 1st car, hands down most beautiful car ever built}, #2 68 RR or GTX equally, #3 69-1/2 A12 RR, #4 68 dart GTS or S/S, #5 69 Daytona, #6 70 Superbird, #7 68 Cuda S/S, #8 68 Super Bee or Coronet R/T, #9 70 Cuda or 70 Challenger R/T w/shaker hood, #10 70 AAR Cuda or 70 Challenger TA... all Hemi cars preferably {except the 340-6bbl/six-pak cars of course}, but the 383 or 440 cars are just fine too...
