mounting manifolds

what are the purpose of the sleeve nuts ,conical washers and how many do I need for mounting HP manifolds on a 383?

2 long sleeves, and one short, and get the stainless.

were do they go on the manifolds? and the 2 long and one short is that for 1 side or both?

If im not mistaken the two long ones go on the Passanger side (two rear bolts), and the shorter one goes on the rear bolt of the drivers side....
