My cam range is 2200-6000 rpm's what would you set the rev limit to on an msd 6al box,
 
Is this a drag car ? Most of my street driving is 2200 to 3000. But your cam should help pick a red line. mine when I raced was set to 5800.
 
Yes this is a street car brand new motor 440 40 over 10.5:1 comp.,hydraulic roller comp cams 537/541 lift cam eagle h beam rods je pistons 3 bolt double roller timing chain ,i want to lay some holeshots but not blow my motor i set it at 6200
 
Don't know where you live but I'm telling you you're not going to be able to use all that engine on the street. here in Florida over 100 automatic go to jail
 
This is a car show sunday drivet kind of car i am almost done my restoration im installing the box on the side of the radiator inside the the battery tray so i wont be able to access the settings after the install

Yes thats a work of art ,ive been working on mine for 8 years hoping to finish in the fall i just finished the dash

Just bought a new windshield and 2 quarter windows from and i live in mass., it cost me 900.00 i only need tires to finish im tired of spending money,that dash cost me 3500.00 to rebuild Mopar stands for most of my pension and retirement lol
 
i think ill back the box down before i wire it up its been along time since ive drivrn the car thanks for the reply
 
There's an old saying all good things come to those who wait been working hard and investing in a particular asset which will pay off handsomely if you ever have to sell it but you'll enjoy it and drive it and that's the most fun you can have after all the work you put into it cuz it looks great
