This is my story. Owned a 69 Roadrunner Convertable in the 80s and sold it to get married (I've heard it all so it's not necessary to open up old wounds here!). My wife bought this car for me for my 40th birthday. She bought it off of ebay ind did a really good job. Came from new Mexico and had a 1975 inspection sticker on it. Floors and doors were near mint. Some body damage elsewhere. I will be doing most all work besides body & paint. I stripped it (No torches required!), had it blasted and sent it to a body shop where it is now. I'll update as it goes along. Real anxious to get color on it!!

Looks good - and what a wife! Are you going to go with the gold? I haven't seen a gold road runner in some time.

Re: My Rotisserie Project

Thanks for all the responses!
I will keep updated with nw pics as we go along. Quarters are being replaced as we speak.
For 'nostalgic' reasons, I decided to go with the same color as my 1st Roadrunner. R6 Red.

This should take you to all the pictures I have of this car to date.
Way more than you all will want to see! I took many pictures as I was disassembleing with the hope that it would help when I try and figure out where everything goes!
