Is NASCAR so desperate to get into the news that the King has to come out of retirement to "teach" the "chosen one"?:lmao:

I was reading about this on the 'parts.

I was too Dave. Did you see what I wrote? I thought there would be some kind of comment but last time I looked there was nothing. If anyone cares I made a reference to the famous Petty, Pearson duel in '76 when they wrecked coming out of turn 4 on the last lap.

I barely remember that. Dad used to watch Nascar back then.

King Richard

I'd like to see him beat up on any of the Hendricks teams, Gibbs teams or Childress teams, that make up a third of the field nowadays, maybe he/King Richard needs to come back for Petty Enterprises/RPM to get some much needed funds/finances, to stay solvent, especially with all the money problems they've had the last few years... Now they're driving Roush built/leased/rented cars... Personally I think he's a tad too old to drive race anymore, but I'd love to see him drive again... {Especially if it was in a Dodge, not a Ford} Even if it's probably a just a publicity stunt, for RPM or NASCAR ratings, money grab... :beep: cars have changed allot even since he's raced.. still the man
