Need help to decode a build sheet.

I have searched and can't seem to find how to decode the build sheet. I basically need to know if my car was built with a rubber floor mat and dog dish hubcaps.

My book starts at 69 sorry. Do you have a flooring and wheel cover code? They might be the same.

Floor mats or carpet is a 4. The wheel cover is 01.

According to the attached file, 503 would have been carpet. I can't say for sure if this means 504 is floor mats but, it would seem to make sense. I hope this helps.
