Thats right George . But here there is only 1 location for dragrace.
And just to see what it does on the stip means getting membership of the orgination and paying for the whole weekend.

This means total will be $400,0 without fuel(250miles).

For this money I can put my roadrunner 10 hours on the dyno.
Checking 1/4 mile can be done with stopwatch and clear road ahead.
And the ET Streets from M/T prevent wheelspin on road , so I'l keep you updated.

First have to slove problem with 727.
No kickdown nad all pressures except governor pressure are ok.

Anyone on this forum whom is a tranyguy?

Dutch, I had that problem with my Formula "S". I assume you made sure that the linkage is adjusted correctly? Once I got the linkage adjusted, and re-adjusted the throttle cable everything has worked fine!

Hi , roadcuda.

Have lokar on it. According A&A transmissions that may be the problem.
I have changed the governor last winter to 5400rpm unit.

Due to alzheimer(not) I can't remember if the tranny had kickdown from the start.
All pressures are oke' accept governor pressure.(18mph>0psi and 22mph>6,0psi).

We will test other valvebody and if this does not help maybe the other throtlecable.

Have made plenty of test and changes on the lokar , but if you search on lokar in google you find more of these problems.

I can relate to this post; I have the Lokar kickdown cable set-up on my gold Duster. Doesn't work for sh*t. :brickwall:

On Mrs. ACME's Swinger I have the Bouchillon Performance kickdown cable. Works much better...
