So my good friend (Stuart) calls me and says that after 7 years of bugging the guys grandmother he agreed to sell him his GTO back. It was my neighbors car growing up and sold to a friend of mine (Ryan) in the same housing track for $500 who promptly blew up the Ram Air III motor. He then built a big block chevy for it and set it in then started getting into drugs. Third owner (another good friend of mine Jay) buys it and we slack lined it over to his house, removed the Chevy and sold it to another friend (Gary) for $300. This is where Stuart and I built it several times over for Gary and we all ran it at the drags and generally cruised it for many years. Then more drugs for some and the car was sold to Stuart. Well Stuart (like me) has storage issues and sold it....14 years ago and has spent the next 14 years trying to get it back. So a long story short its back. Here is the pics, by the way its a Ram Air III 400 turbo 400 69 GTO with a 4.10 12 bolt. Back in the day it ran 13.90s at 102 with me driving.

Ah, an ultra-rare Richshaw GTO.... :basketcase:

interesting story, Chris. Too bad about all of your friends getting into drugs, but I can understand - I sometimes want a valium when I'm hanging out with you... :lmao: :acme: :lmao:
Just kidding... :D

Tell him to put a BBC back in it... :D

:jester:

Sometimes I think you need Valium. :acme:

I told him to put one of his spare 454s in it and he looked at me as if I asked him to put that 454 in his ass!

Not a mopar, but.....truth be told, I am into lots of muscle cars - they are just not as cool as a Mopar.
I do like Pontiacs, they are almost as cool..... :jester:

If I wasn't a Mopar guy, I would be a Pontiac guy. Truthfully I have representatives from the Big Three in my stable.

MOPAR OR NO CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
atleast chris has a wing car but he is still really misled

Buddy of mine had a red 68 four speed GTO. Liked them ever since.
He "mostly" restored it, and it was a money pit / headache for years.
Got tired of it and sold it in the late 90's for 6K. I debated it, but of
course I was in college and broke. A $100/month loan payment seemed
out of this world at the time.
