I bought Red, White and Blue Mopar restoration filter about a two years ago from the local Dodge dealer. I think I paid something like $14. Part Number was P4529187.

Hey Carl, good info. I'll check with my MoPar Counter Guy on Monday to see what "Ray Simpson Racing" can get that for...if he gives me a nice discount maybe we'll do a group buy and grab a few...

I looked in the 2009 on-line Mopar Performance Catalog and the red, white and blue filter is still available, but only as a high preformance filter, part number P4529805 cost: $19.00 over the counter, $16.76 on line.

Checked with my guy at Dayton Andrews Dodge today. P4529187 is NS1. He can do no better on P4529805 than Carl reported here; said there simply isn't enough mark-up on them to get below that price. Oh well, it was worth a shot.
