Opinions about a 69 Roadrunner with 440 and posi

Found a 69 hardtop that does not have matching numbers, with 440 4bbl from rhe 70s, and posi that works, power steering and stick shift. Nothing rare about it but apparently rebuilt engine 1500 miles ago and a dreampuff per the seller. Is paying close to $30k too much if the car shows very well?

Not from what I've seen in my searching if it is really nice.

Based on watching ads I'd say it's in the ballpark for a very nicely done 69 RR hardtop

Depends on quality, any mods, and I'd say colors to a degree. i.e. Sand Pebble Beige would be a hard seller probably

4 speed is definitely a plus
