Original Spare Tire General Scrambler 73 Road Runner

Hello. If there's an original F70 14 General Scrambler tire, solid white letters, in the trunk of a 1973 Road Runner survivor, which brand white letter tires went on the 14 inch rally wheels? All the vintage ads show Goodyear Polyglas. It seems odd to me that the factory would use General for the spare and have 4 Goodyear tires on the ground. Your knowledge is greatly appreciated.

my sister had a '73 Road Runner new. I remember that it had General Scrambler raised white letter tires from the factory, mounted on the Magnum 500 wheels. I'll try to find a picture of it if I can.
