I added the photo gallery last night.
Each member can have 10 separate galleries with 50 images each. There is also an area where you can describe your car, what you've done to it, whatever you want.
Also, once you create a gallery a link appears under your username to take others to your photo gallery. You can also leave comments on other members galleries.
I set up a test gallery for myself. Take a look.
