PM's stuck in "Outbox"?

I have a couple PM's that I tried to send by hitting "submit" and they seem to have gotten stuck in the "Outbox" ?? I looked in "sent", and they haven't been..... How does one solve this? One of them is actually to Big John asking the same questions, but not sure if it's getting sent or not.....

I had it happena few times only to realize that I left out any text in the subject line.

Just informed that a PM stays in "outbox" until it's opened, then it goes to "sent messages"

I knew I was in over my head on this deal.....
