What belt are you guys using? All the belts I am finding are 43.5" and 44" which are way short.

a REAL MANLY road runner doesn't require power steering........(and don't give me any crap about those funny valve covers of yours)

My runner is manual steering, this is for mamas Valiant.I think I have mismatched pulley's, I think one more trip to the parts store will do it. I'm up to a 47" belt and about 1/2" more should work. I looked at a bunch of big block applications and they were 43-44"

IIRC, there are a couple different pulleys. my Charger had the small solid one, and others have the larger spoked one.

Belt Length Formula
Pulley 1 diameter x 1.57 +
Pulley 2 diameter x 1.57 +
Distance between shaft centers x 2 = belt length
That reminds me, I have to calculate mine so I can get a set of spares to carry. I'd hate to loose my P/S in the middle of a cruise. :courage:
