Radiator Bolts?

Okay, this should be one of the last reference questions on bolts. Are these correct radiator bolts? My RR had 3-of-4 with 7/16" Hex, 0.912" OAL, Washer = 0.754" "N" head stamp with the three crosshair type dashes. Pic below.

Thats the right head but it should have a 1' washer
