I have been restoring cars most of my life but this is my first Roadrunner! It's a super rusty '69 pillared coupe with lots of welding in its future. I hope to start on it before the snow flies but I just started restoration on a '65 Barracuda and have alot of summer projects to finish. What a great site to find.

Hey guys thanks for the welcomes. I just got the runner home, here are a few scary pics of it and one of the barracuda I'm starting. I'm not very computer literate so I hope I did this okay.

A few years ago those two cars would have been sent to the junk man.
I am glad to see you are saving them.

Welcome from western NY
I've restored two Mopars and when I saw your pic's of your two projects I realized I'm getting old.
Good luck with them and there are plenty of knowledgable members here that will help answer any questions
Like earlyrides said, I'm glad to see your saving them

Wow Steve!!!
That's a sharp Cuda!!!!
Thanks, Fran. But it's a driver and a 20 footer at best! It has a bunch of little chips and several small dents all around it. But as far as I can tell it's mostly original paint and I believe that the interior is original. So I have that dilemma of do I do the body work and paint, or leave the worn original look of 49 years and 92000 miles of use? For now I'm leaving it alone.

like Sir Paul said, "Let it Be" looks too good to mess with, and it's only original once.
