Is anyone repopping these? All is well except when you have one with a big chip in it.

Or does anyone have an extra?

They are apparently on intergalactic back order at Megaparts. But then they could be in two weeks.

That looks right, the other way is to get a post car and start over

Looks like Bob took his "Snappy Pills" this morning...everyone double-check your posts before hitting the "Submit" button so as to avoid getting shelled...

Thanks Bob,

If they have them I will get the mix.

I just might get this done before the snow flies!!!

Glass and trim is in. Right side done and fitting nicely.

Then the left side 1/4....five steps forward and STOP! :brickwall:

The Firebird will probably be done before this.

Went to a show Thursday, about 300 cars and one 71 or 72 Roadrunner. There are probably more overseas 69 RR than in the Chicagoland area. The Firebird pictured here is not mine but what I should be looking at when mine is done. It was nice to see that at the show given my little setbacks. His grill is missing something by the way.

Thanks,

I will probably ship it to FL or AZ and let you guys test and tune it. It would be fair given all the help you've given me.

Just promise to send it back with some tread wear left!
:lmao:

Oh and remember drum brakes!

Forgot the RR that was in the "show up late lot"

What year is this?

Also a 69 Camaro was running this set up. Sounded real nice when he left the show.

First thanks for the laugh!

Another caveat.

It has to look the same as when it left here! And keep it south of the snow. Plus with the 3.90 and 494 at the flywheel.....you buy the gas.

And.........................replace the 7260 when it breaks.

Oh and................None of this stuff.............(this is a great link)

I know I just took the FUN out of it!!

So who's Burt and who's Dom?

Which reminds me...Harold, it has been weeks since I told you how jealous I am that you scored that sinister, black '71 that now resides in your collection. So, consider yourself told... :D
How about an update on the droptop?

X2!

meepbeep69, dont send it to FL or AZ. See if ship it to AZ they will probably deport it for lack of papers, and if you send it to FL then it will rust to pieces as soon as its unloaded from the carrier. California would be a better place, perfect weather, beautiful girls, movie stars, etc.... and I would take tender loving care of your Roadrunner and make sure it runs the number.

Darn thing isn't going to make it out of the trim shop without the roller.

They are on back order.

Hmmmm

Arizona no papers- problem
Florida salty air rust- problem
California- Beach Boys, Hollywood, San Diego, Rose Bowl, Disneyland----emission standards--big problem.

Chicagoland--bang bang- I guess it might stay here.

See what you did Chris! I was going to swing out left and pick you up for the cannon ball. Ray needs you and your skills as a Proctologist

Hey easy with my ride. Poor thing started life as a green car. Now you want to beat it and make it into a doctor's office.

I think I am going to find that movie and watch it again.

In the interim, anyone have a 1/4 glass piece I need laying around? Nobody knows when the parts are going to come in.
