rear leaf spring hanger bracket

my rear leaf spring hangers that hold the front of the rear leaf spring bolts(studs) have all pulled out and even if I welded the studs back in they are shot. Rusted so bad the bolts have been eaten away, no way to thread on a nut anymore.

So the question is where do I buy the whole thing or new studs to pound into place?

Is the bracket that the studs in cracked where they pulled thru?

If so I would be reinforceing it before I weld anything in for the replacement studs or bolts.
