Rear window trim removeal

Well I gest that this subject has been discussed before but hear we go. How dose the rear window trim come off have a pick set and plastic trim tools I bought. lifted the trim with the plastic tool slightly and tried to hook the fastener but haven't had any success. Any thought's on my problem. And what is the trick.:beaten:

A lot of times if the back window has been resealed, they use to much sealer and it will be all over the back side of the trim. A heat gun will help if this is what is holding the trim on. Take your time and it should come off sooner or later.
