Resturation finally taking off

After starting this project 14 years ago, a growing granddaughter, things are finally on the move. I hope you don't mind all the questions I will be asking along the way. I have a friend going to do body work,{ loads of panel replacement } this summer. I have looked at this forum many times in the past. The info I have received has been priceless. I have a 68 bird and around my home area I only know of 3. Information is very scarce. I am sure I will not be asking in the order of resto. but it will help me gather parts. I only live 3/4 hour from Carlisle and go every year. This year I need to check for parts. I would very much enjoy seeing some of you at the show.

Welcome Big Mo, I am in the same boat also as you...I was planning on hitting Carlisle on the Friday of the show with camera and note pad in hand hoping someone will be able to answer some questions that I may have...I am around an hour to Carlisle myself. Good Luck on the bird and with the Restoration (I am doing a 69)
