sand blasting inner frame rails for rust

Question I have is it possible to get to the inside the inner front and rear rails to sanblast them? Don't want any rust to rot out my rails! Gotta be able to rust proof them...... any ideals or photo's that would help alot!

unless you have the car in pieces, there is no way to access the inner portions of the frame rails for sandblasting. dipping is just about your only solution. eastwood however does make a flexible tube with a spray nozzle that you can fit through some of the drain holes in the frame and spray rust encapsulater etc in there.
