Seam sealer

So I had seam sealer on my outer wheel housing behind the rear quarter. Saw a picture of Dave's car with the seam sealer their also. So what is the purpose of it being their. Dose any one know. Russ.

I did the same, but I can't help you with that lol just did it, cause I 'm a bit psycho when it comes to seam seal the car, just put some everywhere I can lol

Yep never can have enough seam sealer. I will put it where ever their is a place water can get into. A small bead is better than nothing to keep the moisture out. Russ.

Yep the only think I can think of was to stop it from rattling in that area. Finder rattling on the outer wheel house is the only thing I could think of. Keep at it and you will be driving that runner before long. Russ.

Yeah It is either to keep out water and critters or rattling
