New here ,doing a Roadrunner and need one of the seat back medalians with backer for a 70 runner front seat back. Thanks

I guess you could call or email them and ask. Honestly it would be kind of stupid to reproduce the medallion and not the backer, so maybe it does come with it. My 69 has a center medallion for the backseat, and when I bought a replacement, it came with the back plate. You could always fabricate one from a piece of sheet metal I suppose. No one will ever see it. Good luck.

Put bucket seats in mine and had back seat covered to match front seats. Put console in and four speed Hurst shifter. It gives the car class. It is yours and make it like you want it.
