These are welded to the floor pan. The seat tracks have the bolts that go through floor pan and attached with nuts that have big shoulder washers on them.

Thanks. Droptop. Have two brackets like that already welded to the pan when it came. So guess I will have to buy the seat mounting bracket and a seat to see what I need to do. Thanks again.
