Someone mentioned a selector in one of the other posts, and it reminded me about something I want to eventually fix. I have a 67 Dart that with an automatic transmission. The gear selector does not have the little orange dial to to me let me know which gear I am in. It does not bother me at all except for the fact that it is not there.

It came to me like that when I got it, and I really have never even thought about fixing it. I figgered it would be more of a pain than it was worth. But now I am little bored.

Is this an easy fix? Where in the heck do you find something like this? Can anyone guess why it might have come up missing?

Thanks again in advance.

Are you just missing the orange pointer? That's just a piece of bent rod that bolts to the shifter.
