I am 90% sure the dyno shop set at 35 degrees advance? Sadly, the guy that built my engine passed away at only 44 years old last month so I am missing some information, but I do believe it's at 35 advance.

It's called "teething troubles" but you will soon get them ironed out. The car looks superb!
