Anyone have any tips/specialized parts they have used to set up a manual choke on a six pack? Has anyone tried this kit: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hly-45-225/overview/

Yep .tried it and put it on the shelf because it does not fit.
Not even close.
The 6bbl carb (centre) is so different in relation to the body there's no choke unit that fits.
Just "flutter" the pedal until it's warm.

thermostatic choke works fine for me:cents: have you tried it?

Gasket blocked passage so it probably wouldn't work right.
