I'm trying to route the speedometer from the firewall to the gauge on a 4 speed RR.

Here's a photo from my '69 4-speed GTX as I was changing the under dash wiring harness, should be identical to a road runner......except for the rat's nest :lmao:

Don't think there is a absolutely factory way. Just run it as straight as possible to back of gauge.

The cable is so stiff it will tell you where it wants to go to the dash. Under the car there is a metal tab welded under the drivers floor to keep it from sagging onto the exhaust system
