Speedometer cable

I have a 68 roadrunner with the original gauge cluster. In the past, the automatic trans was switched out with a 4 speed w/overdrive from an early to mid 80's Dodge truck or HD Van transmission. I cannot find a speedometer cable with the push-on end w/quick release holder and a 7/8" screw-on for the trans end.
I have been on line, two auto parts stores, a transmission shop and farm supply, I have also tried online to find someone who makes up speedo cables.
Ideas?

Speed tech speed box, gps activated stepper motor. Have one in my roadrunner and is very accurate.
doesn’t care about tire size, gearing etc.

Jegs Carries it but they aren’t who makes it. Speedhut is manufacturer

Call parts mix and talk to them. All they do is Mopar's. If they don't have it, they can help out maybe where you can get one.
