Stolen Car in Southern CA, keep eyes open

I don't know the guy or the car. The add was posted on the Road Runner Facebook page. Thought I'd post here. The car was taken from Temecula Southern California. My guess is the things in Mexico.
 
All you need in some country's is a bill of sale. They caught a bunch in Daytona steeling Harleys and taking them down to the port and loading them on a ship. Feel bad for the guy. It can happen to any one now day's. :(
