Ray I would suspect a cross short from another wire. I have seen this before and every time it was a spark plug wire too close to the wiring harness. I dont know if thats your case, but I thought I would mention it. I recommend you go back to the Phord and shoot it with a high caliber shot gun. It seems its bring disease to your collection. Of course if you need to keep the Phord around you could wrap it in latex rubber for safety. :basketcase: :lmao:

I only have peripheral knowledge from seeing the ads and promos - much the same as my limited knowledge of your beloved Survivor program... Just figured you and Stuie would get a kick out of a DWTS reference...just one more reason for you two to bust out the chiffon and the boas and parade around the living room... :lmao:

:jester:
I have a mental picture of that. Get it out of my head :ack:[/quote]
my under garments have to be very silky ,

Turns out my orange box to a dump right after that,Change out to chrome box tach doesn't jump around anymore,
maybe it was a grounding issue, I really don't think so though

Thanks Tom. I don't have the same issue. Mine just jumps around a bit at idle...it's not steady until the engine RPM gets up to about 1,500... Not anywhere near as eratic as described in your earlier thread...
