This dose not surprise me at all. Out rep's in office are passing laws and writing new law's that we the people don't even get to vote on. Big Brother syndrome. It is happing in every fact of our lives. When will it stop? Thanks for the video on the subject.

i posted this on the b site and they removed it so i wont go back there. one member posted 9 other bills on old car / hot rods as gross polluters and emissions related laws to shut down the aftermarket suppliers so please tell your elected officials to vote no on any such laws.
