Tilt steering wheel

Without going aftermarket, Is there a way to put in a factory steering column, would one from a cordoba possibly work

If you went with a later model, you're going to have to deal with a locking wheel and a column ignition. Chances are good that the spline will be right, but I doubt if the length will be right.

If it were me, I'd look at the Flaming River column that will bolt in.
