Thanks to all who have given help to my search of my old 69 Runner!!!-----I got a tip about a car that could be my old car-----the current owner gave me what info he had including the VIN #-----which is RM21H9G273138 ---there is no fender tag currently on the car---I am wondering if there is a way to get all the past owners of this car using the VIN????-----can anyone help me with this??-----Thanks again for all the support ----

I'd give your local title office a call. some states seem to be more helpful than others.

Either that or hire a private investigator. If the car has ever been out of state it will be harder to track down the info.

Here in Ca. you can do a title search @ the DMV for IIRC it's $10 for each owner
