Can anyone tell me a height dimension to set the torsion bars , I think I set them to high

That's the beauty to them. You can adjust until you get the ride and height that you like.

There is a minimum ride height to make the suspension work properly. I would have to look in the service manual if you don't beat me to it. OK go to the reference section and in the service manual section 2 page 4 explains how to measure the adjusting blade and control arm. 1-7/8" plus or minus 1/8" Would be the factory setting Like Steve said with a full tank of gas.
