Have you seen one of these ? My RR has one but it does not look like a factory installed part. It has a wired microphone.

That is a very desirable factory option. The last one I saw for that was complete (mount, mic etc.) was $850. Microphones sell for $100 etc.
IIRC, you have to have the correct "in dash" radio for it to hook up correctly. If you have a burning desire to start "updating" the sound system, best to think twice about replacing anything. It can all be repaired.
