Troubleshooting???

well I mentioned cleaning the ground first there Rusty......:mad::poke::D
 
Thanks guys. Will try these out this week. Trouble shooting guide looks good John.
And I will get myself a spare ballast resistor. They don't exactly grow on trees in this part of the world!!
