When I turn on my turn signals(left or right) they flash really fast. Maybe 2 or 3 times a second. They all work. No bad bulbs. Is this normal? Seems fast. It's a 69 Roadrunner.

Fast usually means a burnt bulb. Are both brake light elements lighting or just one (tail light)?

Bad flasher most likely.

With a burnt out bulb, it will usually not flash at all.

No burnt bulbs. Everything works. Turn, brake, and running lights all work. No flashers though. They just seem to flash more quickly than any of my other cars(no other Mopars).

No 4 ways? Maybe you have a bad 4 way flasher and that is affecting the turn signal (if that's possible). Just shooting from the hip (and in the dark now).

Separate flashers for the 4 ways.

You may have a bad ground. A no cost check is to run a jumper from a good ground to the turn signal housing. I'd try the front first because that's the one that's usually bad.

BTW, the bumper is not necessarily a good ground.

I'm still thinking it's the flasher... A few $ for a new one to test it... Toss it in your on the road "spares" box with the extra ballast resistors and tail lights if that's not the problem.

I realize they have separate flashers John. Just wasn't sure if the two systems where somehow interlinked. Like I said, just a shot in the dark, but I agree. I'd take a shot at the flasher.

I picked one up last night so I'm going to give that a try. 14 degrees and snowing today so it's going to have to wait. Thanks for the great ideas gentlemen. It's much appreciated.

Lol. Yes, the road spare kit, Ballast resistor, Voltage regulator, ECU......... I have one of those going for sure along with a little tool kit.

They really don't interlink except for the wiring going to the lights. The emergency flasher is in the power feed to the emergency flasher switch.

I should have explained more thoroughly.

sometimes a sign the flasher relay is about to go bad or just a poor ground. I had ground issues at the front turn signal/marker light assembly more than once. I'd throw in a new relay to start with and if that doesn't fix it then check the light assembly grounds.

How are the 4-way flashers working.....I think they are on a separate relay that you can swap to test, (think they are the same relay )

Try a different flasher relay. You might have a heavy duty one that is typically used for a towing setup.

I have the same problem except my left one is flashing faster than my right one and my left rear light is dimmer then the right one, could that be a grounding issue? I just replaced all the bulbs

That is most likely a ground problem.

No problem John, I understood what you meant.

What's the voltage output at the moment? I finally read the entire thread (should have before I posted duh) and saw the suggestions on the relay, flashers. Don't think I read anything about the voltage output you have now?
